The Operation was lost because I was the only T6 - see the above point.The main issue is more class-based than tier-based, so I elaborated on that below. A good player in Omaha is more valuable than a clueless one (who wouldn't help even if he were driving a Yamato). T5 ships are useless / drag the team down - sure, raw numbers help some, but player awareness (I'm saying awareness, not skill) plays a much larger role than tier of the ship they're in.I consider this change completely unnecessary (as in - "fixing" stuff that wasn't broken in the first place) and actually detrimental to the Operations as a whole and I hope it'll be reversed.Īs for possible reasons for this change that I saw on this and NA forums, or Reddit, and my opinion on them: Last update restricted Operations to T6 only. ![]()
